Hope you are having a great day. Here is the 2nd week of our holiday workout series.

The rules are still the same, however now we have 4 exercises.

20 secs of work, 10 secs break

  • In & Out floor touches
  • Power Plank
  • Hip twists
  • Straight leg bicycles
