Hope you are having a great day. Here is the 3rd week of our holiday workout series.
The rules are still the same, however now we have 6 exercises.
8 rounds
20 secs of work, 10 secs break
Exercises:
Air Jump ropes
Full extension in & out
Alternating reverse lunge with knee drive
Spiderman Mountain Climbers
Squat Jack
Toe touches
