Half Way Through The First 30 Days

Hey,

Hope everyone is doing great. At the beginning of the year I sent you the first 30 days program I created to guide you through your fitness journey to get you the best possible results in the first 30 days. Ps: If you are a new client and don’t have it yet, you will get it after your foundations stage.

So, If you are still on the fence about doing it, I got some proof for you.

As I told you, I will be doing the program myself and I started on the 7th of January 2019 so I’m half way through and I just completed my second weigh in.

After the first 2 weeks I’m officially down 9.6 pounds.

Initial weight: 241.2

After week 1: 235.8

After week 2: 231.6

All you need to get similar results or better is to follow the program and be committed to your goals. I’m going to do weigh ins for the clients who are doing it this week and I’ll share their results as well.
