OwnPace 30 Day Challenge: The Meal Plan

Week 1: Foundation

Day 1:

  • Lunch: Grilled chicken salad with mixed greens, cherry tomatoes, cucumbers, and vinaigrette

  • Dinner: Baked salmon with quinoa and steamed broccoli
