Lillie Wilson

Lillie is passionate about coaching women along their fitness journeys and empowering them to prioritize their mental and emotional physical health in sustainable ways. She is most excited when she can help her clients meet goals they never imagined possible. Nicknamed the “Form Whisper” by Olan, she is particular about the execution of movement patterns in efforts to avoid permanent injury and pain. Lillie believes training shoul be enjoyable for all and dedicates her time and energy to creating sessions that are individually tailored to each client’s goals and capacity - there is no one size fits all to fitness. If you are someone who is excited to take your mental and physical health to the next level, Lillie is the trainer for you!
