May Challenge: Squats, Push Ups and Sit Ups

Hey OwnPace Family,

Hope everyone is doing great given the circumstances. As we continue to stay home, I try to find different ways to keep you active and moving.
So here is another one, for the month of May, we’ll be performing these 3 exercises everyday starting at 10 reps and we’ll increase by 2 daily.
