Easiest Way to Eat Healthy

Hope everyone is doing great. As always I’m constantly creating ways to make your health and fitness as simple as possible. Today I’m going to share with you a simple way to eat that ensures you are always consciously making a healthy and better choice.

As a fitness professional, one thing I always hear from clients and see online is how complicated eating healthy is. This is one of those scenarios where too much information becomes a bad thing. Everywhere you turn it’s some new idea on how to eat healthy or some new diet.

In the last nutrition blog, I gave a simple guide to eating clean. Click HERE if you missed it.

This time I’m going to make it even simpler, this guide will show you how to eat no matter what you are eating. If you always plate your food like this, it will take all the guess work out of eating and you’ll always be on track without complicated diets.

The focus this time is PORTION CONTROL. Sometimes it’s not what you are eating but how much of it. 1 - 2 slices of pizza? No problem, the whole box? Big problem. ! - 2 drinks? No problem 5 or more drinks, big problem.
