Summer Workouts Ep 1

Hi OwnPace Family,

Hope you are having a great day. For the rest of the summer you’ll be getting a new workout from me that you can do anywhere. The goal is to help burn some extra calories from the increased eating and drinking that naturally happens during the summer.

These workouts are going to be short but very effective. I don’t want you spending all your time working out when you can be by the beach or pool.

Workout 1

  1. Walk out + Push up + Plank walk (10 reps)

  2. Body Weigh Squat (20 reps)

  3. Lateral shuffle (30 seconds)

  4. Bear Crawl (30 seconds)
