I hope you are having a great day. Here is the 4th week of our holiday workout series.

The rules are still the same and again we have 6 exercises.

8 rounds

20 secs of work, 10 secs break

Exercises:

Burpees to Broad Jump to Fast Feet

Lateral Lunge to Knee Drive -- Do one side per round

Skater to Curtsy Lunge

Mountain Climber to Push Up

Plank with Row

Bicycle Crunch
