Hi OwnPace Family,

Happy New Year!!!! As we embark on a new decade, I want to start this by saying thank you for letting me be your coach through your health and wellness journey. As you know by now, I’m always looking for better ways to improve the service I provide and get you to your goals more efficiently.

So as we start this new year, I’ve come up with a new tool to hold us all accountable to our goals but still at your OwnPace™ of course.

Let’s Make 2020 your year of Transformation.

In my experience, it's rare to see somebody transform their life because of their monumental New Year’s resolutions. Just because the calendar flicks from the 31st of December 2019 to the 1st of January 2020, that doesn’t really mean the 1st is any different than any other. A date itself cannot make you transform or motivate the changes you want to make in your life.

You have to start NOW and you have to start incrementally, with small steps.

Allow me to introduce to you “The Commitment Challenge”, the beauty about this tool is, you get to pick your level of commitment such as, how many days and what items on the list you can commit to. After so many years of being a coach, I’ve come to the conclusion that the right training and nutrition plan for you is whatever you can commit to. So I’m only going to hold you accountable to what you choose is doable for you and the good thing is, it can change at any time as well.

I’ll be starting mine officially on Jan 6th, so I’ll be going through similar things as you. Click the link above so you can see what I’m talking about and we’ll be filling out your official copy at the gym. Once we discuss your commitment, you’ll get an accompanying document with additional guides

Ps: if you opt in for the before & after photos save that outfit as your photo outfit so we can make it consistent. Also, if you can, wear something that doesn’t hide the body. Thanks in advance.

Hope everyone had an amazing holiday season, now it’s time to get back to work.

Regards,

Olan
