Hi OwnPace Family,

Hope everyone is doing great. It’s a blessing to know we are all healthy and doing well during this time. As always our number 1 principle at OwnPace is health first.

I have decided to extend the gym closure by one more week, we’ll officially be back open on Monday April 20th. Starting tomorrow Morning check the move of the day section on the website daily for Home Exercises to get you through. I encourage daily movement at any capacity, personally I’ve been going on jogs, since all I need is my body and the overall benefits are exponential. Even if you start with walks, try to add mall bursts of jogs as you go.

Also, thanks to everyone who joined the IG live, I’ll be hosting more of those for people who cannot return to the gym on the 20th.
