Hi OwnPace Family,
Hope you are doing well and enjoying the warmer days. We are almost at the end of the first quarter which means winter training is almost over and spring training begins. But before we get there, we have a 14 day fitness challenge brought to you by Coach Renee.
Brief Introduction on Coach Renee.
My name is Renee Michelle Westmoreland. I am a Board Certified Nurse Practitioner, health coach, and Certified Group Fitness Instructor.
My passion for health began in the early 2000s while in school for nursing. In 2009 I co-founded a Health and Fitness ministry and began teaching group fitness classes at my local church. I was alarmed at the amount of people on the ‘sick and shut in’ list and needed to find a way to help! The ministry was created to address some of the preventable illnesses that were impacting the members through fitness and health education. Through this work, I really enjoyed helping others and building the community around health and wellness.
I currently help busy professional women achieve their health and fitness goals. I believe we can all feel better physically and mentally when we make health a priority!
The Challenge:
For the 14 day fitness Challenge there will be a new full length workout each day of the challenge. I created my YouTube page as a platform to bring free fitness and health content to people. No pasta
No rice
No bread
No dessert
No alcohol
